Mr C.RAGUKUMAR , specializes in property construction, land acquisition, sales and marketing, and real-estate management. He has previously worked with some of the top MNC construction companies and has handled the multiple role of a field manager, construction manager, site administrator and project manager . He oversees the company’s strategic and business planning ventures and manages the team and business development activities. He also takes care of the construction while being on the front line and manages construction, real estate, land survey, land license, land development and flat promotion.
Mr. C.Elangovan, Joint Managing Director
Mr. C. Elangovan has over 16 years of land development work experience. He handles land surveys and land development activities at Aishwaryam Builders. Some of the his other key business activities include sales, business strategy, commercial and client management.
Mr. C. VENKATESAN, Director Sales & Marketing.
With a background in Sales & Marketing, Mr VENKATESAN has been into brand management for quite some time and has a 22 year work experience in land licensing and land survey. He leads a team of dynamic marketing professionals to create and sustain innovative marketing strategies.
